Meet Patricia
For more than 30 years, Rumph served the State of Florida in the Florida Department of Corrections, retiring in 2017 after a career that included roles as a Correctional Probation Senior Officer, Human Resources Specialist, and Fiscal Assistant. Her work focused on public safety, rehabilitation, workforce development, budgeting, and supporting individuals and families during some of their most difficult moments. Patricia Rumph also served as President of the Pine Hills Community Council, while also serving on multiple county boards.
Patricia Rumph’s campaign will focus on public safety, investing in strong infrastructure, affordability and environmental stewardship.

Public Safety
Your safety is my top priority.
I believe every family deserves to feel safe in their homes and neighborhoods. Whether it's partnering with local law enforcement to reduce crime, supporting violence prevention programs, or improving emergency services, I'll work tirelessly to ensure our neighborhoods are safe places.
Strong Infrastructure
I am committed to building a better Orange County where our roads, public transportation, and community facilities meet the needs of our growing population. This means improving road safety, modernizing public transit, and ensuring our infrastructure keeps pace with our residents' needs.
Affordable Housing
Everyone should have access to an affordable place to call home. I'll work to increase accessible housing options and ensure new developments are responsibly planned. A stronger community is one where families can afford to live.
Environmental Stewardship
Protecting our environment is about ensuring a healthy Orange County for generations to come. I will champion responsible growth policies, conservation of our natural resources, and initiatives that reduce pollution and safeguard our water sources.
